Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets

  • 1 zucchini (sliced)

  • 1 cup asparagus

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.

  • Place salmon and vegetables on a baking sheet.

  • Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.

  • Season with salt and pepper.

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.

  • Remove from oven and let rest briefly.

  • Serve immediately.
