Ingredients
2 salmon fillets
1 zucchini (sliced)
1 cup asparagus
1 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt & pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place salmon and vegetables on a baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
Remove from oven and let rest briefly.
Serve immediately.
