Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • 1 cup broccoli

  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)

  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

  • Add ground turkey and cook until browned.

  • Add garlic, broccoli, and bell pepper.

  • Stir and cook for 5–7 minutes until vegetables are tender.

  • Add coconut aminos and mix well.

  • Cook for another 2–3 minutes.

  • Serve warm, optionally over rice.
