Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1 cup broccoli
1 bell pepper (sliced)
2 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
Add garlic, broccoli, and bell pepper.
Stir and cook for 5–7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Add coconut aminos and mix well.
Cook for another 2–3 minutes.
Serve warm, optionally over rice.
