2 chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
Garlic
Italian seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden.
Transfer to oven and bake for 12–15 minutes until fully cooked.
